All content included on fluxcord.store, including but not limited to the e-books, text, graphics, logos, digital downloads, and website design, is the exclusive property of Fluxcord and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or reproduce any content or e-books purchased from Fluxcord without our explicit written permission.
4. Purchases and Refund Policy
Digital Goods: All products sold on Fluxcord are digital e-books.
No Refunds: Because digital items are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from the use of this Service will be handled in the courts of Bangladesh.
